Pick a genre and a few themes. StoryStream invents a world, a cast, and short stories about them — a new one whenever you want it.

How it works

You choose what kind of story you want. StoryStream plans a world — a premise, a narrative voice, and a handful of characters who recur — then writes a complete short story about them, roughly a seven-minute read. When it ends, you can ask for another in the same world.

Each story is built on a different structure, so the fourth is not the first with the names changed. Text appears faster than you read it, so after the opening lines you are not waiting.

What it doesn't do

• No account. There is nothing to sign up for.
• No server. Your stories are never uploaded, because there is nowhere to upload them to.
• No subscription. One payment unlocks it, and it stays unlocked.
• No tracking, no analytics, no advertising.

What you should know before buying

StoryStream uses Apple Intelligence, which needs iOS 26 and an iPhone 15 Pro or newer with Apple Intelligence switched on. On any other device the app will tell you so rather than pretending to work.

The writing is competent genre fiction — good company on a commute or before sleep. It is not literary prose, and we would rather say so than have you find out after paying. The free stories exist so you can judge it yourself first.
